The preference file format and name have changed.  You will have to add preference files to the list again.  You can try the following confusing procedure if you want to try to reuse the old preference files that Dockernaut created but I recommend that you just start over. I apologize for the inconvenience.

If you want to keep things the same as they were, make sure you expose Dockernaut to the docks in the same order you did before.  Look at all the sets and jot down which Dock each set was for.  Then install 1.4, while in the dock for set 1.  Restart.  Now startup in each of the docks in the same order as you wrote down.  Sorry for the inconvenience but hopefully this will be the last time...

  17. Fixed a bug where the set key could always be blank.  Usually only happened when After Dark 3.0 was loaded.

  25. Changed preference file format (sorry!)  You will have to add the files and let the sets get redefined.

  28. Allow the user to use any key as a set key.
  29. ".1", ".2", etc files no longer show up in the "Add..." dialog.
  30. The limit of 10 sets has been removed.
  31. By default Dockernaut disabled the Use Dock Attributes feature when virtual memory was enabled.  This was because of a crash when the DuoDock was attached.  This problem has been worked around and shouldn't be an issue any more.
  32. The SCSI and serial port attributes were switched.  This has been fixed.
  33. A delete set button has been added.
  34. You can now define the key that gets typed by the "Type Set Key" feature to any key you want.
